Excellent host and location
It would be impossible to describe in a few words the excellence of our trip to Rob's house in Sampaguita.
We had a wonderful time.
The house is beautiful, comfortable, lots
of extras included, the location is magnificent, right on the beach.
Spectacular and gorgeous ocean and sunset views from inside/outside.
If you are looking for a place to stay, please, stay here. This home has everything you need,
so convenient, plus an incredible pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court and a grill for your meat or fish.
You have 3 supermarkets very close and all kinds of shops. The entire condo is amazing, very clean.
Perfect vacation!

Our stay at Sampaguita was more than we expected and a place we would love to come back to. Rob stepped up once our original host backed out less than 2 weeks from our trip. Best thing to happen to us. The property is well maintained, quiet with great neighbors. Rob was fantastic to deal with, responded quickly anytime we had questions and maintains a fantastic home. I hope we are able to come back again next year!

The quiet location, nicely appointed condo, the pool, and being on the ocean were really amazing. This is a small grouping of condos that has a more mature age to it. There was some complaints by the other residents we were too loud, and we probably were one evening. The communication with the owner was great and he understood how a family with teens may not gel well with the others. That was only a minor situation. If you have the chance the beach access and amenities make this worth every penny!

We changed from all-inclusive resorts to a privately owned villa and oh! what a difference. We will be going back to Sampaguita Villas next year!! We absolutely fell in love with the property.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property for New Year's week. The condo was wonderful: great location, beautiful grounds, and very well stocked. We hope to return very soon!

We loved our stay and had a great time in the quieter town of San Jose del Cabo. There are good fish tacos within walking distance. We didn't swim in the ocean here as the beach was rather steep, but that's fine because the pool was wonderful.

This was a lovely villa right on the beach. It was updated and very comfortable. The outdoor patio was spacious and covered so was enjoyable to sit out all day and into the evening. There are not many villas on the property so the place was quiet and relaxing. The pools were great and never many people around so felt like our own private pool. The beach area was great for walking depending on the tide. We liked being close to the grocery store and some good restaurants the we could walk to.

We are just completing our 12 day family Xmas vacation at this villa and aside from a few post hurricane repairs being underway, this place was perfect. We especially enjoyed being on the ground floor with an easy and safe walk out to the pool area and the beach. The unit is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Being so close to the beach as well as close to many amenities makes this a perfect location!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. The property was exactly as represented in the pictures....even better! This property is right in the middle of San Jose finest area, but hidden away. Definitely a hidden jewel in paradise. I would recommend this getaway to anyone looking for a quiet oceanfront place to stay. We slept with the windows open to let the ocean put us to sleep. There is a small state beach with lifeguard next to the villas, and we did a sunset horse back ride on the beach. We also hit various restaurants during our stay, but it was wonderful being walking distance from the Mega store for groceries and day to day needs.

Our stay was perfection in every way!
The property is stunningly beautiful. Everything about it is peaceful, calm and gorgeous! The pools are well kept and we always had them to ourselves.
The property is truly beachfront with the ocean right at your feet! We had the beach to ourselves almost all the time.
The unit was perfect! The owner was great to work with, and everything was just as the listing says.
The unit is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We felt completely at home.
The owners have given attention to every detail from the counters, cabinets and tiles to the linens and over sized beach towels. Nothing was lacking. We had everything we needed except groceries, and a huge grocery store is within walking distance.
We felt like we were in a dream! We'd lie in bed listening to the waves crash with a view of the ocean out both windows. One night we sat at the fire pit and watched fireworks from a nearby resort and another night a resort lit floating lanterns.
Our week was so peaceful and relaxing, it just evaporated. Time seemed to both stand still and pass too quickly.
We were so sad to leave and feel like we left a piece of our hearts behind.
We can not wait to return!

My husband and I have been traveling to Cabo 13 years and have fallen in love with the Villas at Sampaguita. Unit #3 is our favorite so far. Sampaguita is quite, relaxing, on the beach and walking distance to San Jose del Cabo. You will have everything you need - just a quick stop to the Grocery Store and Costco.
You will not want to leave! We love it so much that we will be booking this unit exclusively.
